Our number one priority has always been, and will always be, the safety & well-being of our guests and employees. We have developed a plan, which includes enhanced health & safety guidelines for all guests and employees, without making any compromises on the quality of our guest’s experience.

We thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.

You must only travel in good health, as officially ordered health checks with temperature measurements may be carried out.

Guests must wear their face masks at all times, expect when they are in their hotel rooms and vehicles. Please keep a distance of at least 2 metres from your fellow passengers and other people.

The Land Rover Experience Guide will welcome all guests with a face mask. Please avoid direct contact, no shaking of hands and keep a 2 metre distance.

The Guide will explain to guests where they can find sanitising stations, refuse bins and will measure your temperature after your arrival and will repeat it daily using a contact-free medical thermometer.

Transfers will be arranged with partners who comply strictly with hygiene procedures.

All contact surfaces, including seats, door handles etc, are sterilized between each transfer. Only half of the seats in the transfer bus will be used to ensure social distancing.

Vehicles will be sanitised using disinfectant cleaner before departing and will contain cleaning / alcohol-based hand sanitising equipment for regular own use.

Air-handling systems, air-conditioner and other air circulation systems shall be sanitised and maintained after each tour.

A group check-in at lodges will be arranged, to ensure quick and smooth process at the lobby / reception, avoiding interaction with other guests / groups. Guests will have limited access to public spaces and rooms. Areas will be demarcated to indicate maximum numbers.

The required social distancing must be adhered to at all times, please use floor markers or cordons for guidance. Personal contact must be avoid where possible.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitising of tables and chairs has been implemented with all but essential items remaining on the table.

Please note only empty rooms will be cleaned. Where guests are present, staff will not be able to enter. All rooms will have increased cleaning and sanitisation on check out ready for the next guests, however during your stay room cleaning frequency may be reduced to avoid contact and turn down services may be eliminated.
