EXPERIENCE COVID-19 SAFETY AND WELL-BEING CHARTER

YOUR EXPERIENCE

If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with any possible source of the virus, or living with someone who is currently shielding or self isolating, please stay at home and e-mail the centre to re-arrange your booking.

 

FLEXIBLE BOOKING TERMS

We will remain flexible in our approach to allow you to carry on enjoying your experiences safely. Please find details below -

Flexible Booking - If you are unable to enjoy your booked experience due to COVID-19 restrictions or concerns, we’ll extend it for you for free.

Should you have a requirement to move your booking or any further questions a member of the experience team will be available via phone or e-mail at each centre to help.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Even though restrictions have been lifted, keeping our staff and customers safe is our number one priority. Therefore, we have made the decision to continue with social distancing within our Venues. Everyone onsite is asked to remain at least 2 metres apart where possible. We have put some signs up to help remind and guide you.

 

VENUE SANITISATION

We will continue to routinely clean and sanitise our venues with a comprehensive cleaning schedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to provide proof of either:

Completing a Lateral Flow test at home, no more than 48 hours prior to the arrival at the venue.  The Lateral Flow tests have been proven to identify asymptomatic individuals who are unaware they have Covid-19 and reduces the risk of potentially passing on the infection to others. You will be required to show proof of a negative result, should you gain a positive result please contact the venue prior to arrival to rearrange your Experience.

OR

Having had both Covid-19 Vaccinations at least 14 days prior to the date of the Experience. You will be required to show proof via the NHS Covid Pass or by producing a signed and dated vaccine appointment card.

HAND-SANITISING STATIONS

All guests will be required to use the ‘Hand-sanitising Stations’ on their arrival and departure.

 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Our advisory to guests is that when entering our Venues a face covering is worn, we feel this will help provide a safe working environment for our employees who come into contact with guests from different regions of the UK and different households daily.

 A personal bottle of hand santiser will be made available for customer use during their experience.

 

 

FACTORY TOURS

Factory Tours continue to be unavailable and further updates on the re-launch of these products will be available soon.

CHANGES TO THE DRIVE EXPERIENCE

 

DRIVING INSTRUCTORS

We are conducting all drive experiences in an instructor ‘lead-follow’ format or at the side on the vehicle with 2 metre distance. Each customer will have their own exclusive use of a vehicle and all instructions will be delivered via radio or hand signals. There may be exceptions to this rule in the case of more advanced driving experiences where H&S deems it necessary to have our Instructors in the vehicles with you.

 

INSTRUCTION

One instructor may instruct up to two drivers (while each remain in their own vehicles).

 

GUEST LIMITATIONS

Each customer will have their own exclusive use of a vehicle with up to 2 passenger from their household or support bubble. We will not accept the mixing of households

 

DOCUMENTATION

Customers MUST complete the disclaimer and licence check online before attending their experience.

 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Face covering must be worn at all times within the Experience centre and when with our employees.

 

VEHICLE SANITISATION

After each customer use, vehicle interior and exterior is cleaned and sanitized with an anti-microbial disinfectants product passing Covid 19 disinfection standards. Employees responsible for transporting and cleaning vehicles are equipped with personal protection at all times to preserve sanitary conditions.

FACTORY TOURS
