We are currently making changes at our Land Rover Experience facilities to ensure that we can safely reopen and adhere to social distancing guidelines. We are doing this with the upmost care and attention to ensure our customers and staff are kept safe at all times, which is our number one priority.

COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

YOUR EXPERIENCE

If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with any possible source of the virus, or living with someone who is currently shielding, please stay at home and e-mail the centre to re-arrange your booking.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Everyone on site must adhere to social distancing guidelines and remain at least 2 metres apart at all times. We have put some signs up to help remind and guide you.

GUEST LIMITATIONS

To help us ensure we can maintain social distancing during this first phase of our reopening, we kindly ask that you limit non-driving guests to one (1) individual from the same household only.

 

VENUE SANITISATION

All areas of the building routinely undergo enhanced cleaning and sanitation. A comprehensive cleaning schedule has been developed and log is maintained to ensure consistent and timely sanitation.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL

 

TEMPERATURE SCAN

Using the very latest none contact technology, all guests will be required to have a thermal temperature screening on arrival. Guests with a temperature of 37.8°c or greater will be asked to reschedule their drive experience to ensure our other guests and staff are kept safe.

 

HAND-SANITISING STATIONS

All guests will be required to use the ‘Hand-sanitising Stations’ on their arrival and departure.

 

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Masks and a personal bottle of hand santiser will also be made available for customer use during their experience.

 

SELF-SERVE REFRESHMENTS

Self-serve refreshment points with disposable cups will be available. This area will also be regular cleansed and hand sanitiser will be provided.

 

CHANGES TO THE DRIVE EXPERIENCE

 

THE EXPERIENCE

We are conducting all drive experiences in a ‘lead-follow’ format. At no time will the instructors be in the same vehicle as our guests. Each customer will have their own exclusive use of a vehicle with up to 1 passenger from their household, following a Land Rover Experience instructor in a separate vehicle driving ahead with instructions delivered via radio.

 

DOCUMENTATION

Customers MUST complete a disclaimer and licence check before their experience.

 

INSTRUCTION

One instructor may instruct up to two drivers (while each remain in their own vehicles).

 

VEHICLE SANITISATION

After each customer use, vehicle interior and exterior is cleaned and sanitized with an anti-microbial disinfectants product passing BS EN1276:1997 & BS EN1650:1998 disinfection standards. New seat covers, steering wheel and gearshift wrap is applied before each customer's use. Employees responsible for transporting and cleaning vehicles are equipped with personal protection at all times to preserve sanitary conditions. Mirror hangers will be placed in sanitise vehicles once completed.
